As a business traveler, I really appreciated the attentive and friendly staff at The Lotus Hotel. They provided excellent service and were always available to assist with anything I needed. The hotel's cleanliness was also impressive, giving it a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the location was convenient, being close to the BTS, upscale stores, and delicious street food.
I felt really welcomed and had no reason to complain about my stay at The Lotus Hotel.

Located right in the center of Bangkok, this hotel is just a short walk away from the train station, making it convenient to explore the city. Terminal 21 mall is also easily accessible, offering upscale stores and a variety of dining options. the staff at the front desk and concierge were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The fitness center and pool facilities could use an upgrade.

The staff at check-in were friendly and efficient. We were upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was super comfy. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the BTS and right in the center of downtown. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, including an egg station and fresh fruit.

I had a wonderful stay at the Bangkok Hotel Lotus Sukhumvit. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with the Emporium mall and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel's traditional Thai decor added to its charm, and I loved the tranquility of the lobby with the beautiful lily pond. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its value and convenient location.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel is located in a convenient spot and the staff were the standout feature. We loved the personalized service and the amenities were great, especially the leisure spa and wellness centre. The room was comfortable and the free Wi-Fi was a nice touch. The dining restaurant served delicious food and the buffet breakfast was impressive. The staff including the Deputy manager and the night male duty manager were especially helpful, and even organized tours for us. a great experience.
We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - right in the heart of the city and close to the train station. It was so easy for me to explore different parts of this city using the convenient train system. The hotel facilities were excellent and well-maintained. The cleanliness was great, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always there to assist with any request. The breakfast provided was delicious, offering a diverse range of options to choose from. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.
